10 GOALS FOR 2020

Hey y'all! I know I'm late but I wanted to pop on here and put some goals that I would like to achieve for this year. When I thought of the goal I wanted them to be realistic as possible. SO ones that I could actually achieve. I really wanted to make goals that can conquer and that I want to do for myself. These are specific to me but honestly can work for a lot of people. Let me know if you set any goals for yourself for 2020.

1.  I want to be less reactivate. Some people might not know this but I'm 0-100 kinda of person but I get over it in about .25 seconds. I actually gotten a lot better at this in the end of 2019. I want to continue on working on this because I feel like its not the best thing to do and I just need to walk away or hold my tongue.

2.  I want to save my money more. I actually kinda bad at this and I want to get to better. I'm an impulsive buyer which I learned how to not do this as much but its still a problem. I help a lot of people with borrowing money which is totally fine but it doesn't help my saving one bit.

3.  I want to be more consistent with blogging and instagram. I feel like I get kinda shy still even though I've done this for a while its definitely hard to putting yourself out there. I know I can get at least two blog posts a month and I think that very reasonable. I just need to not getting caught up in everything like work and life. Also with instagram it not really that hard to post at least one or twice a week for myself. I think if be consist it would really help my following. Which is also another one of my goals for 2020.

4. This is a huge on for me but I would like to travel more than last year which I went on four trips but two of them where family vacations. I love traveling so much but it can get kinda of expensive. I already have one trip booked to billings in march to see my sister. I also planning a trip to Boston this year in the fall but waiting til the patriots schedule is out for 2020 before I book my trip. I also sent a goal that I want to go out of the country at least once a year it can even be a small trip to Canada or Mexico I want to actually use my passport. I might have an idea of where im going out of the country but we will see!

5. I want to make more effort with everything I do. I love hanging out with people but I get lazy with working all the time. You love them but you dont realize how much you enjoy being with them until you are with them but its been like 3 months since you have seen them. I want to end this. I want to make time for everyone I love and hanging out with even though I might want to stay home on my days off.

6. A big goal is getting healthier. This means in every aspect of my life. I want to get more exercise this year. Whether that means 2 or 3 walks in a week or doing some work out at home. I want to have my body moving for the year. Also I want to eat healthier. I have a changed a lot of products that I have eat because of the crap they put in food. I pretty proud of myself but I still have a long way to go. I want to eat whole ingredients foods and I would like to stop eating fast food. I order top chef which all the bloggers rave about last night. I am excited to try that because its more convient and it whole food ingredients however its a little spendy but it is for 2 people. I could make dinner and then the rest for lunch or dinner the next day. I think also I'm going to change my grocery store shopping. I always used Walmart because its the cheapest that they dont have the cleanest items but they do have some organic items in a pinch. Last 2019 I switch up a lot of my beauty products for clean ones. I honestly love wearing clean beauty. I have found some good clean drugstore and high end products. I will be doing so an updates on my because I don't think I haven't done in a while.

7. Jut do it is goal that I want to in 2020. What to go get professional pictures? just do it. Want to go Spokane? just do it. Want to 2 week vacation? just do it. Just do it is going to be a Moto because as I'm getting older I am at the time where I can it do anything because I have nothing tying me down because my cat but I can always get her a sitter. But I want to make 202 my year!

8. I want to be not afraid to put myself out there. It honestly one of the scariest things to put yourself out there for me personally. I know its hard but I shouldn't care what other people think and I should do what I want. Over the last year I have gotten a lot better with this but I still have a ways to go and I'm definitely ok with that.

9. No to compare myself. I am so guilty of this I go on everyone else's instagram and I'm like why can't that be like mine. Or I try to make mine similar to there's. But I can't have to same feed as them because I don't have there life. I don't edit the same way or have the same lifestyle as them. I need to make my own and just be my true self and want everyone to know me and be my very best self.

10. Stop buying to buy. I am so guilty of this especially for decor. I'm pretty much have my space done and really don't need anything. The only things I "need" is stuff to maybe replace things that don't really go because that is not a necessity. I need to reasonably think about my purchase. And same with clothes I buy because I don't like what I have but then I end up returning or never wearing. I really want to be mindful of what I spend my money on and what is taking up space.

Hey y'all. Im sorry I haven't posted in a very long time. Im trying to get in the back of swing of things. I feel like life has been crazy and I had to send my MacBook in for repair. I will be trying to post more and have routine down. I do have so post planned but I feel like not enough time to do write and edit and then post them. But I wanted to get on here and post tip guide for a little skin secrets I have learned over the years. These are all really simple and anyone could start now.

NUMBER 1: I always do is wash my face in cold water unless I'm in the shower. Yes it does take a little bit of getting use to but I feel like it really helps. I do have roseca and it evens out my skin a lot more and then hot or warm water. It helps clean and open your pores. I know hot water dry out your skin and I think helps a little bit more with keeping moisture in and tighten your skin. On the internet it said you should wash your face in luke warm water but I have tried to do that for a little bit but it definitely doesn't work as well as cold water. I haven't noticed any more acne since making the switch.

NUMBER 2: Cutting out dairy products. This was a big step for me because I love just eating those baby bell cheese it was my favorite snack but I realized that it was breaking me out so bad. I heard for years that dairy was really bad but I never believed it because I didn't want to get it up. I mostly given up dairy. I do eat it sometimes but I try to limit my intake. I feel like this can beneficial for many people you just have to do it.

NUMBER 3: I honestly 100% believe that you should always listen to your body. Believe it or not it always talks to you. Wether that be in your face, hair, body, skin, and etc. I always try to watch my skin and body when using products and eating new this also. A year or two ago I learned that coffee make break out all the time and cut it out and my acne got so much better. I noticed when I started eating my cheese again that got a lot worse. I realized when I was using certain products my skin was so much more dry. Make sure you are paying attention to it. I promise it will tell you everything you need to know.

NUMBER 4: I know to this hard for me because I love wearing makeup but its not the best for my skin. Even though I use mostly clean beauty products my skin always is worst after wearing make for 12 plus hours. I also believe if you need or want to wear makeup I think you should invest in some clean makeup. Some clean makeup products can be spendy they also have some at the drug stores. You just have to be open to trying and searching for things. Buying clean products isn't as easy as buying dirty ones. It takes more time and you always have to research everything. I would highly suggest downloading the Think Dirty and EWG apps on iPhone or Android and they are free apps. I feel like help you ween through the crap that they put in makeup cosmetics. Also a very good thing I always use reference for is Just ingredients guides. They are so amazing and really affordable. I purchased the beauty one but she has many different guides. I always look at this when I wanna switch up products or when I run out of something.

NUMBER 5: Less is more with skin care. I personally had no idea what I was doing or what I was using a few years ago. I used multiple scrubs to exfoliating because that's I what I thought I needed. I cannot even tell how many face washes and different products were in my routine. I cut out a lot of the steps which is better for me and I feel like skin is way better now. My skin is not a nearly as dry as it was before. I feel like skincare and makeup is alway a learning process you just have to go through trial and error.

And here's a tip for free take everyones skin advice with a grain of salt (even mine) because everyone's skin/ body is all different and we all certain skincare or products in our life. These are the 5 tips that really my skin and I actually noticed a difference.  Remember just because they work for me doesn't mean they will work for you and vice versa.
Hope you enjoyed this talk to you later!

Hey guys! I'm trying more to get back to the routine of blogging and updating my Instagram more. I know it is July but man I feel like here in Washington we've had nothing but gloomy summer days all summer long. I thought it would help to post some outfit inspiration. I think one tip is wear lights colors. I love white it's my favorite color. So I like to wear white and blush together I think it looks really nice and summery. When its gloomy I'm usually wearing leggings just because that's more comfortable. I honestly wanted colder weather since spring for some reason so I wear my leggings and sweatshirts a lot more than usual. But if you weren't into leggings you switch it for a light wash pair of jeans! I dont think ill be able to find everything so I will have similar looks for you down below. Hope you guys enjoyed this short post and I'll see you soon!
